SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping cost will be charged to the customer. Shipping cost will depend of the country of delivery, weight and dimension, as per described below.

Shipping extra cost will be added to the total amount by selecting the corresponding shipping option during the “checkout” process.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (UAE)

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

 

Shipping rates (UAE) 

Standard shipping within UAE (0 to 3kg) / AED 30.00

Standard shipping within UAE (3 to 5kg) / AED 50.00

Standard shipping within UAE (Large item 5 to 7kg) / AED 100.00

Standard shipping within UAE (Large item >7kg) / AED 150.00

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once the order will be processed, the customer will receive an order confirmation.

Once the material will have been collected by the shipping partner, a tracking number will be issued and forwarded to the customer.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

As per UAE regulation, 5% VAT will be considered for any delivery within UAE.

 

Damages

DUB ART FZE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, goods being original and unique piece of art, each shipment will be covered with an insurance. If you received your order damaged, please contact directly: cedric.dubbiosi.art@gmail.com to file a claim.

Please take clear pictures of the damaged material and damaged packaging and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing the claim. Pictures will be forwarded to claim reimbursement to the shipping company responsible of the damage.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Worldwide shipping is available, following United Arab Emirates shipping law and regulation.

Information related to which countries are covered or not as per United Arab Emirates shipping law and regulation, can be easily available online.

International shipping rate will be calculated case by case, depending of the country of delivery, weight, dimension and carrier available in specific countries.

For any shipping out of UAE, DUB ART FZE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
